And I’ve gone deep.

My journey has taken me through trauma, emotional abuse, chronic stress, financial instability, grief, and a brain tumour diagnosis that altered my life. In 2022, I was told I had a tumour the size of a golf ball in my frontal cortex. The symptoms were debilitating. I was unable to work, emotionally unravelled, and terrified.

But I made it through—more grounded, clear, and aligned than ever before.

That experience didn’t break me. It rebuilt me.

And now, I walk beside others through their own transformation—bringing nervous system healing, energy recalibration, and soul-aligned business support to those ready for lasting change.
